XM Radio installation question
Hello all , I am a new Outlander owner , I pick it up Friday . I have a XM Radio (Roady II model) that I would like to install in it , does anyone have any suggestions on where to install it ? In my old car I had it mounted to the middle of the dashboard but I would hate to do that to a new vehicle. All help is appreciated .
Thanks , Don

XM Roady II install
I used the vent mount that came with the car kit on the drivers side vent next to the radio. I had used the sticky one on my old car, when removed it took off part of the dash. I'm trying to find a way to hook it up through an aux connector if possible so I don't have to use the FM modulator, not always the best sound. Any info on aux connector for the standard single disc cd would be appreciated, thanks. I'm new to the forum, '07 Outlander LS.

Get this:

Will require you to pull out radio and hook it up to the wires going into the radio.

Outlander auxilliary cable
I have found a factory auxilliary cable at mitsubishi parts.com (same part #) for $36, the one on ebay is $65. I'll see how easy it is to install , probably this weekend. I'm also going to install an HD radio.
