Default Are you concerned with the new car smell?

Hi guys,
I know that Outlander has been using bromine in the seating material as flame retardant and it was pungent last time I test drove a 2016 ES.

My questions are:
1. Can anyone share with me the time frame you spent on getting rid of that new car smell totally?
2. What did you do to get rid of that smell?
3. Do you believe it is completely gone or not?
Thanks!

I know it's not healthy but I like the new car smell. I bought my outlander in July. Still smells like new. I've been using optimum leather protestant
