The same dude has upgraded to achieve greater altitude, apparently the other one's paint got damaged, must have flown through a flock of birds on approach to landing.

Thats the new hood lock. You cant open the hood and steal any engine parts with that on there.

I did a search on the item fixed to hood. Apparently it's a heat shield to protect the Outie's windscreenon re-entry into the earth's atmosphere! lol
