2007 Raider Blower Motor Resistor

I need to replace my blower motor resistor but can't get to it . I am told its behind the glove box but can't seem to figure out how to pull it out. I think its something simple but ..... ?

Ok..........I finally got to the resistor and replaced it but some AC problem ....not working . Any suggestions ?
