Default Center Console

For those with the front buckets and center console you need to go to your local Dodge dealer and get part # 5018904AA. It is a drop in tray that helps to organize that big hole of a console. It's about $30. It's from the 01-04 Dodge Dakota but fits our trucks perfectly. It only works if you have the 5 seat interior not the 6 seat interior.

No but it fits inside of the center console and holds CD and tape cases, with room under it for larger items. It's a great organizer.

Thought I would bring this back to the top for the new XLS owner. Best 30 bucks I spent on my truck!

I have an '076 passenger raider and the latch for the center console is horrible. It is a plastic part trying to move a square bar that is spring loaded. Is there a replacement part that works for the center console to make opening it easier? I have tried to "McGuyver" it using all sorts of methods but nothing seems to last. Just bought the truck December 31st '08 and so far have been very happy with it.

I have to the same problem with center console on 08 lancer.

you just need to tighten the 2 screw under the lock it is plastic so tighten it slow and not too tight.

I have an '07 6 seat raider as well, I have had the same problems with my latch on the center console. I used white litheum grease sprayed all over the contact points. It has worked well for me for the last 7 months without doing anything else.

Default 07 Raider

I have the extended cab model with the split bench seat and jump seats. Has anyone found a way to move the floor console closer to the seats? With the positioning of the console some water bottles will not sit properly in the cup holders. Somewhat annoying.
Thank you
Steve

FLOOR CONSOLE that would be difficult because the new Mitsu they put a plastic cover on the screws once you open it you can't put it back or you can but sometimes it falls
the screw is exposed but if it doesn't disturb go for it.

post a pics
