Hello first let me start by saying that I have fully enjoyed finally finding a Raider Forum.. There is really not much out there in regards to this great truck and it is even harder to find help..
Now for the issues I am having with my truck. I have an 06 durocross V8. Last night I pulled into a parking space and my right front tire bumped the parking spot safety bumper. As soon as this happened the interior dome lights came on and have stayed on ever since. I turned off the truck and took out the key and when I opened the door the rapid beeping came on as if I had left the key in the ignition or the headlamps on but the key was not in the ignition and the headlamps were not on. I have checked all the relays and fuses and have disconnected the battery overnight to see if that would reset it but this morning I connected everything and the dome lights are still on and that annoying beeping is going on. The beeping stops when I close the drivers door and will not come when I open all other doors but the dome lights are still on. Been scratching my head on this.. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

is the dome lite set to "on" or "door" ???

 

I finally figured out that it was a bad Dome/Dash dim switch.. It took a few weeks but it is fixed now.
