2000 eclipse swap with 2004 eclipse

2000 eclipse swap with 2004 eclipse
I bought a used engine for my 2000 eclipse. the company sent a 2004 engine that was suppose to be a drop in replacement but the wiring is different. How can i make this engine work as it is already installed in the car?
