2003 outlander

problem with cooling fans running almost always. i believe the module maybe at fault. sometimes when tapped the fans will stop. any ideas most welcome

So both the AC and radiator cooling fans are constantly running? Do they run when the AC is off ? The first thing I would check are the relays...
