Hey. I have a 95 eclipse gst. The motors all stock. Its got some small upgrades to the outside of the motor though (intercooler/cold air intake/headers/exhaust/ect). My problem is the car will start up and idle fine. But when you give it gas right away it sputters before it will fully rev. After it warms up it smoke from the engine bay. I believe this is coming from an oil leak on the back side of the motor between the valve cover and the starter. So i was thinking maybe head gasket? Also i have water AND oil build up on the exhaust pipe. It also blows white smoke on idle and black smoke on high rev. Finally, after you let it run for awhile on idle..it begins to idle back and forth between around 500 rmps and 1000rpms at a constant rhythm. Any ideas as to what the possible problem (s) might be? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
