98 GST Eclipse Spyder Turbo
Okay so here is a short video of the issue:

Things I have tried:
- Spark Plugs
- Plug Wires
- Checked reading on resitance for distributors.
- Checked vacuum lines. I hear a leak below the intake. But was there before issues.
Any other ideas? Also to note. I turned the biss screw :/
