Hello everyone,
I am Sean, A.k.a. DreamCar. i started college last year, and as a gift for getting into school and a good job my father "gave" me 8k for a college car. i decided to get the car i always wanted, so i began searching for a 3kgt. i had my mind set on the typical 3kgt, the red '96 or so. but then i saw a Black-on-Green 1999 3000GT SL, i instantly fell in love with it. i bought the car a few days latter. a week latter i got the insurance for the car and began driving my new car. long story short, late at night i hit something on the highway at 80 mph. i over reacted and lost control, most of the body panels were damaged and the right front suspension was torn out. my car spent 6 months in a repair shop. i received my car from the repair place about a month ago and have been loving it sense. being from a car family i love my car dearly, and being such i decided my car needed a name. at the end of it all i settled on Betty. Betty is a great girl.

I had one of those too, actually, you got yours the same way I did. For college I got some money and decided on an SL. I miss mine dearly, and I'm on my second 3000GT now.
Those cars are pure love!
I don't think I ever named my SL, but I call my 99 VR4 the white Beast.

 

i plan on buying a 3kgt within a year they are beautiful cars anyhow do you have any pics?
