I bought this car and it didn't come with a spare key. So I bought a used key fob off eBay . I brought it to the dealership to get it reprogrammed and the tech said he couldn't reprogram it because computer said it was a invalid key.... So what do I do now?

I'm new to the forum and have read and understand the posting rules.
I drive a 1999 Montero Sport Limited and do most of the repairs my self.

 

I'm looking for bulbs for my 1999 Montero Sport compass backlight. Here is a picture of bulbs with compass in background.
Mitsubishi dealership does not carry them. I've also tried several parts stores and an electronics shop. Any ideas?
