Hello all, I recently purchased a 05 outlander and love it. Curious to know if the power door locks lock after car is engaged into drive mode. Is there something that can be triggered by the computer to lock automatically. Much thanks

 

There may be an option buried in the computer that a dealer can access. or check the etacs thread. it is more complicated and not for the faint of heart. I do not think it was available to the consumer to turn on but I thought it was buried in the hidden options. You will have to forgive me as it has been quite a while since I looked at anything for that year outlander.
