Greetings all. I'm a forum virgin so do forgive if I jump in with both feet. I've joined as I have a long standing issue with my Grandis DID and beginning to despair :
2006 model, 167k miles, judders during firm acceleration low rpm, only when engine is warmed up, clears and pulls well 2600 rpm onwards. Very specific and repeatable. New EGR fitted ... didn't help. Been going on for 18 mths, (just drive around it), 4 garages failed to diagnose, latest is 'injectors need replacing or it's a cracked engine block' !!!
Also had new turbo, numerous hoses, injector harness. It is known that glo plugs do need changing, but don't think that's relevant to the issue.
Any ideas?
