Help!!!!
I just purchased a 1994 Eclipse Gs with the 2.0 DOHC 16 valve engine and I cant seem to find a Turbo for it. Would the turbo's form the GSX or the GST work in my car? Also my car has some serious Idling problems. It is cold but it shouldnt be idling at 3,000rpms and finally geting down to 1,000 below after about 10 minutes of driving. Does anyon have a idea of what that might be besides a censor?

RE: Help!!!!
First off turbo on an N/A engine is a BIG project to take on. DO YOUR RESEARCH... Not trying to be mean but the biggest thing you'll run into is you didn't find ALL the info you needed and do everything you needed and now your engine is running like crap or worse it's blown up. I cannot stress enough that people need to look up EVERY little bit of info they can before undertaking a project like that. I'd also recommend going to the Eclipse section with this question as they are MUCH more likely to see your question and help you out in there.

RE: Help!!!!
I'm not sure you fully understand. I kmnow what I need to install and tune a turbo. My father is a Mechanic for one and I've worked on numerous cars installing turbo's and supercharger's. I know what I need but I was trying to do this without his help. The idling problem I know it is 4 bad oxygen censors, I had the guys at the shop look into that. The car runs smooth and fine without problems. All I want to know really is will a turbo form a GSX or a GST work in my car.
