Hey guys I am new to the fourm, figured I would drop in and say hi my name is Tim. First I would like to say yes I am a ford guy as you can tell from myname, yes I do have a 03 cobra and I love it, Its a nice car. I would also like to say I am not here to bash or flame anyoneI am lookingto buying a GSX so I am here to gather some info on the cars. Honestly I got my *** handed to me a few weeks back buy a GSX pushing some mad boost. They are crazy lil cars, so I would like to pick one up. So I am here to learn and here to chat. Looking for a stock one to start thoe.

You mean the second generation? If so, they start at 95 and stop at 99 : )

Well it all depends what your goals are and what your willing to spend. For roughly 15k (including car)you can build a 450+awhp monster.

There are also other options, you can buy one already modded with very fuw miles on the motor (1000 miles on the motor is common) for about 7kish if you look for a couple weeks.

Personally... I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 03-04 cobras. Only problem i can see is traction. And i think the shifter looks stupid (but it works really well).

Are you contemplating selling the Cobra to fund the GSX?
