1.i need some help on a 93 eclipse it has the 1.8 and i need to know what i can do to it? besides intake and exhaust? anything?

 

i wouldnt bother with modding your 4g37 its really not worth it...i believe the 4g63t swap is possible in the 1g DSM's though.

 

but how much would that cost? and do i need to whole wiring harness?

 

and i just want my car to hit 150 so would it really make sence to swap the motor?

 

ok wow you wont hit 110 with your current motor...and why would you want to go that fast in that old of a car...its not safe at all. and its gonna cost some money if you have to have someone do the swap for you but thats all i can think of...the 4g37 isnt gonna get you very far even if you boost it.

 

i just fell in love with it...but how much would it cost about to do a complete engine swap wiring and all?

 

i have never done it but the motor and tranny alone is like 1000 if you go cheap and at least another 1000 to have a shop do it. this is just an estimate.

 

well i can do it myself....but can i use the same tranny? i got a 5 speed now

 

no im fairly certain the tranny from a 4g37 wont fit a 4g63.

 

damn that sucks but oh well i gotta get that engine sooner or later....but i wanna get some parts for the engine i got now
