I own a Mitsubuishi Pajero 3500 V6 this car is a Japanese import to the UK she has been runing very well untill yesterday the problem is when cold the automatic gearbox works perfecly however when hot and in D there is a tourque lost and no kick down dropping down to 2nd nothing down to 1st it drops in I have checked the transmission oil and topped up as well as the engine oil let the engine cool for a while and she runs fine however when she heats up the problem repeats. Does any one have any ideas as for me to go to garage here in Spain with out me having a little knowledge to this problem could turn into an expensive nightmare. thank you to anyone that can advise me.
