motor problem
ive got a 98 gst eclipse
the car is running bad. it power surges. i hear the turbo kicking in. i replaced the plugs and wires. oem wires and ngk plugs. when under a load ive got black smoke coming out the exhaust. i believe its running rich. ive been told that the timing could be off, could that be my problem?
some one please help me im new to the tuner world and having a turbo car
