Hey welcome to the forums and love the evo, I wish I had one. I ended up buying a house and the g/f an 03 escape instead.

 

The house was a smarter move. I know modding my car is just a phase, but it's one that i can't seem to get through. After the car is paid off i'll buy a house though.

 

Yeah I know but its hard being 22 knowing you couldof bought an evo lol. Maybe someday I'll get one.

 

Bah, you still have a dsm. By the time you're in the market you'll be able to scoop up a evo 9 for 18k.

 

I bought my Evo 3 days after i turned 21, Now going on 24 I still have it. I live on my own with my GF but im renting a house. Although I have been looking at houses slightly latly the budget is planning around having a garage and keeping the Evo for the time being. unless I need the extra $10k or so for a downpayment. I owe another 2 years on the Evo so who knows. it has been off and on the market the past year.

 

what abt the kid that wanted to get it, werent you selling it?

 

I was, I thought it was sold. The car ened up coming off autotrader and the buyer dissappeared
