i just bought a 91 talon turbo 4g63 from a local junkyard and watched them yank it. it came with no head (no prob got brand new one) well i got a new piston for free from a buddy of mine and the dish was alot deeper? is there something wrong here? im lost on this

soon though cause im confused bout it it was turbo would it be that it was automatic? i heard that the autos just had less boost

 

Not true.

Get a picture.

 

Check that the pistons on the engine have a T on them. If they dont.. then you have a non turo engine.

Check that the piston you got also has the same T... or just post a pic
