Check out maybe the Mirage Asti Z. It's a nice little car, about 1500cc's and fairly light. You can maybe find a Galant Deisel, i know a few of the japanese deisel galantswere turbocharged but still front wheel drive. If your looking for the GVR4, it might be kinda hard to find one in that price range. You can maybe find the 4g63 powered galants for a little over 4k, but nothing like the 2.5l twin turbo galants.
