yeah it just not running right at all now it wont even start dunno what the deal is

 

Ok... do a detailed write up on what the conditions were when it stoped working. (how hard you wer running it etc) and a step by step explained write up of how it acts...

 

ok i wasnt running it hard just got it so i drove it a little nothin drastic though. first the idle would fluctuate go from being normal to dropin to 500 and going back to normal and then trying to die and sometimes it would die. but when driving everything worked fine acceleration everything. then i started it the next day and it was spitting and sputtering like it was missing and smelt like it was running rich and didnt have any power at ALL!!! and now it just wont start turn key it spins and trys to start but wont finish out .(i hope you understand that) checked timing thinking that it might have jumped still good right on time checked coil pack getting plenty of fire got some plugs havent put those in yet going to this weekend. checked to see if it was getting gas it is so i have no idea wtf is the matter. help me out ppl i appreciate everysones input on what could be wrong and ill investigate it some more i just dont know where to go now since it is getting fire and fuel and timing is good . thanks

Sounds like maybe a bad cam position sensor
