Default oil in my radiator

I drive a 2001 mitsubishi montero limited 3.5 liter.I was driving and my timing belt came off then the brake, battery and the a/t temp(automatic transmission) light came on . I did some more search the auto tension was broken . I buy a new one and a new timing belt I installed it every thing is working fine now, But I look in my radiator and their was oil in it what could be the problem

Come on JP. If that was the case then the car would run like *****. Not to mention it would be burning a crap load of oil.

I dont really know what would cause that.... there have been a couple other members on here with that problem. Maybe use the search function and type in oil in radiator, and see what you get.

Sounds like a possible bad head gasket.

Run the car w/ the radiator cap off and see if you have a lot of air bubles coming out, thats kind of and old school way to tell if you have a bad h/g.
