second mitsubishi owner (91 mighty max was first ) now have 02 lancer es. I am also new to forums (so excuse any faux pas) Just wanted to say hey and get in on the talk so here's my spill. So far on my lanceres i have installed a cone filter w/ adapter and a front strut brace, wheels and tires are next going to go w/ 15" to keep stock as possible and easier on the wallet. I wonder if anyone has actually tried:the "miracle intake chips " that are all over ebay. The tornado or turbonator or spiralmax etc., is also a questionable product.

any clues or other ideas to get sleeper horsepower w/o the bling

i would rather blow the doors off of a visibly tricked out car w/ my "stock sedan". and if I get brave and bite off more than I can chew they beat a "stock sedan". win win situation if you ask me

I'm tellin ya, some import sedans are freakin awesome. My daddy's GS400 is like my dream car now. V8, RWD, and it's toyota? Doesn't get much better than that. I hope that's gonna be my graduation present, I'm always like "hey gimme your car" and he's all like "no". He'll come around....someday....someday.....
