Hello Everyone,
My name is Alberto from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Bought a 2016 Outlander GT S-AWC in June/2018. Have been very happy with the purchase. The suv had only 25K KM when purchased and it was only 1.5 years old. Looking forward to going to the forum and finding interesting things about the suv.

Hello, Ed from Longmont, CO, just north of Denver. I got a '87 Pajero/Montero about 3 years ago.. Like small size, odo says 164M miles, doesn't act like that many though. This AM suddenly wouldn't shift out of low, plenty of fluid, moving shift linkage no joy. Anyone else have similar symptoms?

Hi everyone - I am Alex All. Hope to learn loads on these amazing cars. Just brought home an Outlander 2016 model. Lovely car overall - wished I bought one years ago,
However, I overlooked one key point I had big plans for - the absence of an EV button. I do loads of start/stops per day and all within a 25 miles drive. For the past 7 years, I averaged 9000 miles per year. I was hoping the EV with an overnight charge would mean I no longer need petrol (or very little), yet I can drive off on long journeys without the restrictive range of a full EV. In essence, I needed a short range EV car to do 90% of my annual mileage. However, bringing it home, I realise this model I bought does not have an EV button. It was up to the ECO to decide on engine or battery power and by the time it has decided on battery power, I have arrived at my first few stops.
Is there someone on here who can point me to a thread on the installation of a EV button or guidance on an installation to dedicate this mode. Many thanks in advance.
