At this time, that is not a useful modification.
You recirculate that blow off valve by unscrewing that little blue thing on the end, and attach a hose to it, and the intake part that the moron previous owner had blocked off.
The stock turbo is small as hell, its the same size as the T28. The only difference is the compressor wheel.
Is this car front wheel drive or all wheel drive?
By the way, that little ring in the front bumper, is called a tow hook. It will come in VERY handy... believe me.
The next upgrades I would suggest, are an air/fuel gauge. Not one that shows a few random lights, im talking about one that displays actual numbers, this is called a wideband gauge(you should have one already). Boost gauge if you dont already have one, and then I would get an EVO III 16g turbo.
When you install the wideband, make sure your air / fuel gauge reads something like 11.2ish. If not, start dicking around with the SAFC and learn how to tune budd!
Then crank up the boost to like 22-23, and have fun : )

WELCOME!! It's a nice car!! you don't have to recirc your BOV.. seb is dead-set on it tho for some reason.. but mine is "vented" like yours and it runs FINE! As long as it's not giving you problems now.. you're probably fine as far as THAT goes.. haha the tow hook worries me a bit tho lol. typical dsm. [8D]Good luck with all your mods! Oh and I LOVEE that valve cover. LMAO

Mobil filters are the best for the car. Just make sure you run a synthetic, and you will be fine.
Steph, you can't say the car runs fine without verifying the a/f ratio. If you look on a wideband with a vented bov, when you shift under heavy boost, and re apply the throttle, you will be running pig rich, and the car will never recover till you back down.
It is a mass air sensor car... you shouldnt be running a blow off valve with it.
All you need is a piece of pipe.
Ummm... yes they do have a reputation for needing a tow truck lol
