ok since you are a TOTAL newb and you want a "tubo" ( i know its a typo but its still humorous because you did it twice...lol) I will tell you where to get it.

they are I think the only ones with a bolt on running properly turbo kit for the 4G69 MIVEC engine thats in your car. Its in a RA Lancer and it REALLY strong. You will LOVE IT. And its reliable too. Check it out.

As far as i know micheals_RT is correct, RRE is the only place with a complete turbo kit for the 4G
