16g vs t3/t4

i have a 96 eclipse gsx and i have a 16g turbo on it and i was wondering what turbo is better the 16g or the turbonetices T3/T4 and the pros and cons of both ?

Which trim? t3/t4 just means that its a t3 housing with a t4 compressor blade.
