Actually, you can make any engine fit a different car if you have the engineering to do so. Years ago, my brother bought an Austin Healy Sprite with a Chevy 350 and a powerglide trany. You would have an easier time trying to put a Mitsu engine in it though.

 

Ok... lets think about that. An engine designed for a RWD car in itself wont work.

 

well its a matter of having the space to do it. I dont know if his engine bay will be long enough to fit the staight six in there and everything else. Never mind all the custom metal work that will have to be done to get it to mount up. Even if you could have a chance at doing it i dont see it being worth all the money and time you wil spend to do it

wait, you already bought the supra engine to put in before you did any research?!?! bad move + waist of money (unless you got a spare supra sittin around somewhere)

 

lol might as well hit the supra forums and sell it to get a better base chassis. Seriously... there isnt much you can do with a Mirage...
