Ofcourse there's even more that has to do with the turbo itself. Like the type of turbo, housing sizes, intercooler size, whether the intercooler is air/air or air/water, the efficeincy of your cooling systems. In the world of turbos cooling is a major player. The cooler the air the more compressed it becomes which equals more power, a la the cold air intake. Another thing is back pressure. Too much and you're losing HP too little and you sacrifice torque. And then there's engine displacement. That effects power gains as well. there's a lot of variables involved in it so the real answer to how much HP does 1psi get you is a lot of questions and then it's only an estimate based on vehicles with similar builds.
