To much for a gsx?
I am going to buy a 99gsx w/ 38k on it for $14k. Ive seen a lot w/ a lot high miles for more but do you still think this is too much? im scared about the reliability and how it rides in the snow even if it is awd. my 99 gs has 70k on it and never a problem but i hear its not the same w/ gsx's . smart buy or no?

14,000$ for a 1999? with 38,000 miles.....honestly those cars arent even broke in until you hit 100,000? buti wouldnt pay 14 for it...thats my opinion. i havent really heard anything bad about those cars except for the tranny but its basically new...so....it comes down to wetha you want to pay that much for it.

That is a good deal as long as the car has not been run hard and it has never been wrecked. Check those two items out. If it has a clean title then I'd say get it.

Aren't even broke in until you hit 100K? Omg dude, the lower the milage, the better.

I bought my 98 n/a for 10K. a 99 GSX, different motor, AWD, turbo, etc...14K is decent if the interior and exterior is in good condition, and the car is mechanically stable.

If you feel the need to research more, check here for all retail (private and dealer) prices for cars. www.kbb.com

DSM's are...different. High Mileage is worn like a medal. Go to the Shootout this year and you'll see.
