420A turbo With stock ECU

I have every thing I need to turbo my 420A.Blox bypass valve,255 walbro,RRFPR,turbo,manifold,BOV,wastegate 7PSI spring,a/f gauge,ect.can I run a low boost turbo set up with my stock ECU?

yes and no. you need a piggypack to be able to control the a/f ratios. Something like an Apexi SAFC
