ya everyone i painted look like they were done professional.....does the upper and lower IC get hot

when i put all this back together on my car...i'll take high quality Pix...so evryone can see how good of a paint job i realy did

You should have to worry bout heat with them.. It gets a little warm but I think its mostly from the motor heat.. Nothing to worry bout though..

TheAdvocate here to save the day....lol...thanx......thats why i went with the engine paint w/ ceramic cause i did not want to have the paint chipping cause the heat under the hood

well your lower IC pipes get hot cuz its all that compressed air coming from the turbo, and as long as the intercooler is functioning correctly, then the UIC pipes shouldnt get too hot. But engine paint was definetly the way to go

Ya.. Anytime your dealing under the hood, it wouldnt hurt to use high temp paint.. Its not needed in a lot of spots, but you will just avoid any uneccesary cracking and chipping.. Looks good though, i cant wait to see it put back together..

i can't wait too...my dad been driving me around in his piece of **** like 89 toyota tiny truck...like a tin can...lol
and i been seeing people that i raced and there like your rolling around in that now a days...lol...but whatever there just pissed cause i put there honda/acura to shame...lol
