Hey all!

Overboost issue on Outlander MKII 2.0 DiD...

- Cleaned turbo whilst in place with Mr Muscle
- Actuator moves easily and is smooth
- tested all vacuum lines and no leaks
- Brand new MAP sensor
- No EGR, completely removed as well as EGR cooler.

What do I do next? Can the actuator be smooth and still have sticking vanes?

Could there be ANY OTHER issues other than the vanes sticking?
