what do you mean "does it have power" obviously it "has power" it makes your car move doesnt it? sorry to sound like a jerk. A 16g is a good, small upgrade turbo. Like i said it could get you to 350hp if you know how to tune. The 14b wont push you that far i dont think. the 14b was stock on the original dsms. Altho people have done 12's with a 14b. Also if you search you will find a TON of info on these turbos, especially the 16g considering 90% of people who have ever upgraded their turbo on a dsm, have used an Evo 3 16g at one point or another.

I think you need to do some reasearch tho.
