What size turbo are you running? Thats the biggest thing. A T25 will spool up really fast, compared to a 50trim..

 

i have the big 16g when i was installing the bc it said you can hook it up two ways one helps it spool faster but has spikes and the other has less spikes but takes a lil longer to spool i went the way with less boost spikes if i change that do you think i would notice a very big difference and btw TA i freaking love your eclipse it is so sexy

Where did you find this about hooking it up different to get different responses? How do you have it hooked up?

 

well on the vfaq it says you can t it into the line from turbo to waste gate but i just have the vacum line from the turbo to the mbc to the waste gate. is that incorrect? i heard your going with a 6 bolt. is that cuz your 7 bolt got crankwalk? i just had a rebuilt 7 bolt put in with about 20000 mi on it. so hopefully it wont happen for a long time

 

I think a GT47R is the biggest i have seen on a DSM... thats crazy

Mugen Performance has nice turbo's but I think they built them for Honda CRX or Honda car's only but not sure ask the Moderator if it fits

 

Ya, my motor got crankwalk.. I have it completely out and im gonna be tearing it apart getting ready to put my 7 bolt head on my 6 bolt block.. But I have a lot going on right now so I prolly wont get to it till this weekend sometime.

GT42R is the turbo of choice for most of the big power guys. For street/strip 2.0L I would recommend along the lines of GT35R, 61mm or FP3065 turbo. For the 2.3-2.4L I would recommend the t67 or FR3575 for some real power.
