man i love my job.... im an engineer, go i spend alot of time in front of a computer, or making calls, or looking at drawings. But when i get stir crazy, i just plan to go out with the crew and work for a week, or go with our park ranger and "Check Trails"... ie mountian bike for a day, or go do boater safety checks on the river for an afternoon... it is great...

piece part... dual suspension aluminum frame... shimano 9 cassette and click shifters... clipless pedals & shoes. gonna invest in new front suspension soon... and light weight rims and new hubs after that...

custom hardtail, LX drivetrain, handbuilt 36 hole x517 wheels, duke fork. next I go disc. what kinda fork are you lookin for? I can hook you up.

not sure yet.... something a little more adjustable.... i go back and forth from rough trail to open road. and some of those gravity drops are a bitch when your suspension compresses at the bottom... we have a couple 20' grav drops built into the trails...

Any suggestions...

Marzocchi is still the bombproof choice. do you want 120mm or more? the co. I'm working for right now has very good deals on forks. supergo.com but if you see an unbelievable price it'll go fast (if it's still in stock that is).

actually i was looking at supergo. nah, i dont need more than 120mm ill look back at the site though... although my car and paintbal will probably have most of the control of my wallet for a little while...

Ill look around and let you know... wow, they do have alot of good deals....

The guy i ride with..... well... lets just say he likes biking... he has 3 bikes that are 2400 or more.... those are some nice bikes.... but $700 on a pair of hubs... wow...

some of this stuff is a little pricey yeah I wouldn't have my rig if it weren't for discounts and payroll deduction. I had a walmart mongoose when I started working here. I might have some slightly used parts for sell if you are interested. I'm thinking of going w/ SRAM shifter and rear derailleur now that they are trigger. 1:1 shifting and sweet looks.
