Many old school draggers would coil fuel line around a coffee can, fill the coffee can with ice or dry ice to cool their fuel. Cold fuel is dense...

 

It is true that cooler fuel will give you more power. When gas is cooler there is less vapor, when there is less vapor it burns more evenly and more fully. Dense fuel = more power. Cars actually have more power during the winter too. (Law of thermodynamics)

 

water doesnt cool a ratiator, a ratiator cools the water thats used to keep your engine at operating temp. air cools the radiator, hense why its in the front of your car and why there are fans attatched to it that suck air through it

ive heard of liquid to air intercoolers before, but i dont think theyre any more efficient then the air cooled ones. get a nice frontmount for that thing. it would be t3h secks

 

well i have heard of them and from what i have heard they are more efficient than standard Air to Air. but i've never seen this "flow through" type before.
