Baby has paint problems

Help! My baby has a problem. I own a 2003 Black Eclipse GS I have a discoloration of the paint on top of the car on drivers side. I wonder anyone else have this problem?

Its not just where he lives Nate. Its the Kalapana black that Mitsu used. Its notorious for it.
