Got a virus message from you on PM that a virus was coming from me. As of now with all virus software up and running, no mention of any threats at work or at home. No other mention from any other places. Your PM was full so I could not respond personal. I am wondering if my virus software is bringing up your alert? I have AVG at the office and McCaffe at home.

Exploit Rogue Scanner (type 1027) was the virus listed and the program you submitted had a place to insert the name of the virus to tell me what it was, and the program did not recognize it as a threat.

 

I have found the virus listed with a support board of the anti-virus software I have on the work computer. I will look into it.

 

Scanned entire hard drive at work, no threats.

 

Scanned home computer, no threats. I don't know what you are seeing.

 

sounds to me like a spammer PM or something. This site has been having problems keeping spammers out

 

So who is Board Support and why would their PM be full? I was a little worried when it said to go to their special site to check for the virus but it came in a PM so I figured it had to be real.

 

The amin pm box has been full for months. Idk what to tell ya lol.

 

I don't believe board support is actually an Admin. I'll have to look into his ID. Looked him up. Definitely a spammer. Not sure why he'd spam his own box but either way, he is NOT any type of admin. His e-mail even looks like a crock of BS. foje16837@ttmail.gotdns.com and the ICQ number listed is for some chick in Germany. So I'm pretty sure it's spam.

 

This is the reason why this site SUCKS ***.

it seems like someone is trying to disrupt all the forums powered by v bulletin

what do you guys think?????
