Default Colored carbon fiber

My friend crashed his mx3 and we were looking for a hood on ebay.... oddly enough we found up this one
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mazda...spagenameZWD1V
so i wonder, ok..... ricey enough, but i could make some good things with a red/black color scheme...
Question is, any of you know if there is such thing as colored carbon fiber? o_O?

I've seen carbon kevlar in colors but only red, blue, and yellow. It was basically one direction of the weave was the colored strands so it gave just a hint of the color. It looks good if done right for the overall look otherwise it looks like @$$.
