D5 imported from Japan

Hi just wanted to ask. Does anyone know how to convert my D5 MMCS from Japanese to English. And if it can't be done can I put a mmcs from euro or Canadian D5 into mine and update the maps with an Aussie upgrade??

I doubt the units are different have a look at the back end.

This can be done but you'll lose camera control button (if you have it).
