that is not true... you can most certainly drift in an AWD car you just need a little more power to do so. there are plenty AWD evos that compete in drifting then there are some like RMM that have a IX converted to RWD obviously RWD is the way to go but its not nessasarry (not that id drift) and I am not sure if your talking bout F nF Tokio drift or not cause the green one with teh Evo VII damd kit in 2f 2f is AWD still

1. i never said you couldnt...i know you can drift awd but IMO RWD is the only drift car...

2. we are talking about tokyo drift here not the the second one...

3. the RED evo in tokyo drift IS RWD.

it's lame cuz you're not really "drifting"......you're just ***-sliding as long as your momentum will carry you.

the yare like 90/10 awd too correct? and most skylines are rwd anyways right? but then i guess even a fwd could still "drift" technically.....its was just my opinion.... like mustard is the ONLY thing to eat fries with lol...

No. Drifting is.. and always has been about initiating a slide induced purely by the power of the car. Front wheel drive is incapable of doing that without the use of an assistance... in this case, the e-brake. They are two entirely different things.

The GTS skylines are the ooollld *** skylines and they are RWD. They are uncommon. The R33s and R34s are AWD. The R34 also has the capability to be RWD at the touch of a button. I think the R34s are 10/90.... but i dont think that is the same with the R33s.
