Good luck with the puppy search.. Its always heart breaking to lose a pet.. I am sure they'll turn up... Good luck with the fense builing also!

 

That's odd behavior right there... i would suggest you to look around a bit further... if you can go on your own roof... or someplace you can kinda like spy..., just remember to not break any laws or not get caught hehe.... cuz im also 90% positive that your dog is not wandering around... i can assure you that...

 

Time to do some investigating.. It kinda is suspicious of her behavior.. Atleast in this area, small breed young dogs are very desirable.. i had a black/white pomeranian that some girl stole from my car while I ran into my house to get my purse.. She turn around and sold the dog on Craigs List.. Naturally, the people that paid $250 for it didnt want to give him back to me.. I would tell her that if she is keeping your dog, that it is illegal.. If you find out, you will call the police to have them retrieve your dog.. You were actively looking for your dog that ran away, therefore the dog was not abandoned... I would seriously go have a talk with her again..

 

Not only on your area pretty... all small young dogs are desirable for the ease of atachment and training... the lady wont talk to him and naturally might try to hide the dog... facts first... try to find in thru alternate ways if she has it... if she does... then he should have another talk with her like you suggest...

thanks for the help everyone =], much appreciated, I talked to the next door neighbor of hers, and well shes gunna keep a eye out for me, because I told her about that lady's behavior and she thought it was weird too. so. Hope for the best. and im going to SPCA again tomorrow.

whoa weird man, i went to the pet store by my house, and the lady that works there was like "is that a puppy?" i was like yha, hes 4 months and he ran away a couple days ago. she described the size and i was like yha, she said a lady brought a puppy in that looked just like him a couple days ago, but shes not sure if it was mine......weird but thanks for all the support again .

 

so yeah somebody took it.... thing is... you could ask her to describe the person or check on the neighboor... but anyways best of look man =)
