Whn I was bout 16 I got a ride in a 71 Chevelle tubbed out with blower. Ran on alcohol or something cause it was insanely fast. All I really know about the power is that it wasn't street legal and was ONLY allowed on the drag strip. Can't even remember the guys name, he knew my dad.

i drove in a 86' buick regal t-type. has about 550 whp no nitrous. its so fast the seat belt retract and almost choke you when the car reaches full boost. it ran a 11.7 on the track last year when i saw it.

 

I once owned a 1966 Dodge Coronet 500 with 426 Hemi and 4 speed manual... I may have been in faster cars but no one ever attempted to prove it.

 

Nobody I know has cool cars like that, so the only stuff I get to drive other than my own is what comes into the shop. Fastest I've been in (not that I've made them go over 20mph) would either be a '89 Corvette or an '04 STi.

 

I was dropping my girlfriend off at work today and on the wawy home my uncle drove by...well flew by me in his vanquish. ( its a padle shift FYI )
And he knew it was and just to back me feel jelious lol he droped down a gear in front of me and the back fire was probably the coolest thing i have ever seen

A kid at my school had a S-10 with a bored out 350.. Taking off wasnt the best, but once he got the tires to stop spinning the thing just took off.. He has a lot done to that thing.. Gotta love the sound of oversized cams in those motors..
