Theres just no way that its a stock bottom end, on several occasions I have been with friends that have blown up 420abottom ends. My on friend in particular, 98 neon r/t, when he got it the guy before him threw in some j.e. pistons and was shooting a **** load of n2. He threw on a stage 2 kit and had his mbc at 15psi, 2 runs on that settingand he bentone of the stock rods.I was there whenhe tore it down andit did infact have je pistons and stock rods.

Either its another "factory freak 420a", which I highly doubt, or its been built by someone. Since the inception of the 420a turbo kit there hasnt been anyone who was able to get past 13 psi on stock internals for more then a few runs, if they were lucky.

 

what do you mean by "factory freak 420a"? was that something they made, or was it some sort of mistake that happened in a select few of the 420's?
