What maintanance has been done? Timing belt, water pump, tensioner, clutch, tranny flush, gaskets, hoses, oil... all that good ****.
Before modding, flush the tranny, change the oil, change any leaky gaskets, fix any boost leaks, check for fluid leaks. CLEAN everything.
With that many miles on it, lets hope its not a basket case.

I tried to post everything sebba said last night, but it said to reload the page (damnit, everyone beat me to it), anyways, listen to sebba and the others, pretty much after 120k its unlikely to Walk, but you never know. do a compression test, and the new turbo check the seals, Plus before you do ANYTHING with boost, get a gauge to monitor boost. then make sure you have good flow, Intake and Exhaust, plus fuel and a tuning device. Pretty much, Start slow, intake and exhaust, then when you get a feel, make slight changes. Take your time. we Don't need another Paul Walker roaming the streets

On a side note the 20G is not a 600HP turbo either, its not even a 500HP turbo.

^^ I wasn't about to say anything with the 20g thing lol. Sall good man. Dreamers are funny eh?
I ave to agree wit Mike about the CW. However, people have had over 250k out of the stock 7 bolt before, so who knows? If the clutch switch is gone, regular oil changes and some not so enthusiastic driving, it should be in good shape.
