It's some sort of a tank...I'd say high tech tank. Maybe it's Megatron in tank form. Maybe it's a DSM wiring diagram....man, I don't know, lol.

i remember tha cartoon and megatron was the tank.....im very sure of it...THEY ALL FLY SO WHAT DOES IT MATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
