Hey everybody. Hope all is well with you all. I have a 2001 Montero Sport. We also have a 2008 Honda Odysee van. This is what happened. The Montero would start and run no problem. But the van wouldn't. So we tried to use the Montero to jump it. Only to smell something burning coming from the montero engine. My dad checked and found out that there was already a decent of enough a charge already on the van. So we took the van to the Honda place and found out it was a dead cell in the vans battery. But now.. the Montero won't start. Don't know if during the jumping process, if we may have burned up a fuse or.. something. The Monteros battery still has a good charge, but won't turn over.. But.. that's where we are now. Thoughts?
